Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the credit applies to your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial.
What counts as an AI generation?
Each time you use an AI tool (generate a form, summarize notes, draft an email, create a proposal, etc.) counts as one generation. Unused generations do not roll over.
How does billing work for my clients' payments?
You connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. When your clients pay invoices, the money goes directly to your bank account. We charge a 5% platform fee on transactions processed through TranscendentAI.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is yours — export it anytime.
What's included in white-label branding?
Business plan users can customize their client portal with their own logo, brand colors, and eventually a custom domain. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256), row-level security on every database table, and all data is stored on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. We never share or sell your data.
