Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TranscendentAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including service providers ("Providers") and their clients ("End Users") who access the client portal.

2. Description of Service

TranscendentAI is a client management platform for service professionals. The Service includes client relationship management, contract creation and e-signatures, invoicing and payment processing, scheduling, form building, document management, AI-powered content generation, and a branded client portal.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase
  • A 5% platform fee applies to payments processed through Stripe Connect for Provider-to-client transactions

5. Your Content and Data

  • You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload
  • You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your clients before storing their personal data
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

6. E-Signatures

TranscendentAI provides electronic signature functionality. By using this feature, you acknowledge that electronic signatures created through our Service are intended to be legally binding. We record the signer's name, IP address, and timestamp for verification purposes. However, we do not provide legal advice — consult a qualified attorney regarding the enforceability of electronic signatures in your jurisdiction.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • AI features are provided as assistive tools — you are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
  • AI-generated content should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
  • AI usage is subject to daily limits based on your subscription plan
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) through the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSCENDENTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
